TopGunner strives to provide an accessible experience and is continually improving the accessibility of its platform. If you experience difficulty accessing any content or functionality, please contact us so we can provide assistance and work to address the issue.

We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of the Platform. Our efforts include, and will continue to include:

• Structuring content with semantic HTML and appropriate heading hierarchies;
• Providing text alternatives for non-text content where feasible;
• Ensuring sufficient color contrast between text and background;
• Supporting keyboard navigation for interactive elements, including quizzes and leaderboards;
• Testing with assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers) as part of our development process;
• Training our design and engineering teams on accessible development practices.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and as TopGunner continues to build out new features (including timed challenges, leaderboards, and mobile apps), we will work to ensure new features are designed with accessibility in mind from the outset.

Because the Platform is under active development, some pages, quiz formats, or third-party embedded content (including certain AI-generated or licensed question content) may not yet meet full accessibility standards. We are committed to remediating identified issues as resources allow.

• The web page or app screen where you encountered the issue;
• A description of the problem and any assistive technology you were using;
• Your contact information, so we can follow up.

We will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly and work with you to provide the information or functionality you need through an alternative method while we address the underlying issue.

Some content on the Platform, including certain licensed question banks or embedded third-party tools, may not be fully within TopGunner’s control. We will make reasonable efforts to work with third-party vendors to improve accessibility of such content over time.
